Roofers of Adelaide delivered a staged two-month roofing and cladding package for 2- and 3-storey townhouses in Tonsley, SA, in partnership with Rendition Homes and Metroll Adelaide. The project featured Zincalume TL-5 roofing and vertically installed TL-5 wall cladding, complemented by parapet cappings, box gutters, sumps, and custom flashings. Installed with precision using mobile crane delivery, top hats, and vapour barriers, the result is a water-tight, functional system that maximises durability and performance on a compact site proving that cost-effective materials can still deliver impressive outcomes.
