Roofers of Adelaide was proud to deliver roofing and cladding installation for a striking three-storey architectural townhouse development in Stepney, SA.  Completed between late 2023 and early 2024. Working alongside Centina Group, Metroll® Adelaide, and Fielders Steel Roofing, the project featured vertical Colorbond® Night Sky Spandeck wall cladding, low-pitch TL-5 Trimclad roofing, custom flashings, box gutters, parapet capping, rainheads, and downpipes. A standout detail was the custom flashings to accommodate projecting window sunhoods on the western façade. Despite the challenges of limited access in a built-up inner-city environment, the result was a high-quality, thoughtfully executed urban design, part of the Ottos development, which showcases our team’s expertise and attention to detail.
