Roofers of Adelaide are proud to be working with Built MG on this medium-density townhouse development in Oakden SA, part of the growing Oakden Rise precinct. The project features Zincalume Trimclad roofing, corrugated wall cladding, box gutters, 125D gutters, and parapet cappings installed to meet strict energy report requirements with sisalation and roof blanket. Ongoing from Q2 2025, the build is progressing smoothly with support from Metroll Adelaide, Built MG, and Villawood.
