North Plympton

Roofers of Adelaide have been working in multiple stages since November 2024 on the Emali Childcare Centre in North Plympton, a heritage-listed commercial project for Centina Commercial. In collaboration with Roof Right Pty Ltd, Summit Roofing & Improvements, Metroll Adelaide, and Aspex Building Designers, the works include flat Zinc roofing to new building additions, verandas, a concave veranda, and a pavilion. Using 0.48BMT Zinc, Colorbond® Basalt, scribed cappings, sisalation, and roof blanket, the project required precision installation around heritage roofing features and service penetrations across a large, complex site.
