Roofers of Adelaide delivered a comprehensive roofing and cladding package for this two-storey medium-density residential project in Henley Beach SA, working in partnership with Centina Commercial and Unity Housing. Spanning 12 months across two stages, the install included TL-5 roofing, Colorbond® box gutters, parapet cappings, skylights, and corrugated wall cladding. With crane lifts by Load 28 and tight access off Henley Beach Road, the team navigated a busy site with multiple trades to achieve a seamless result. Completed in collaboration with Load 28, Metroll Adelaide, and Straight Up Access.
